Some patients prefer in a case of several remaining teeth a combined denture instead of a metal clasp based partial denture. its reason is the missing clasps, which have a less esthetic effect for several persons.
Why not to use always a combined denture about its esthetic advantages?
Combined dentures have higher expenses and in some patient cases they are not indicated also.
