Centra Dent’s standard warranties cover defects and damages on its workmanship and materials for a period of TWO (2) Years from date of delivery. This Warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling by the customer, the customer’s staff or shippers, including damage due to improper adhesion procedures and materials, any improper adjustments made by anyone other than Centra Dent’s own technicians to the case. Extreme inaccurate shading matches may also not be covered by this warranty. Please refer to the section “Shade Guide”.

How can the dentist achieve the warranty?

CentraDent will coordinate carefully at every crucial step with the dentist to properly ensure proper impressions and bites, as well as shade matches to ensure minimal errors. CentraDent will return any improperly made impressions and unacceptable margins to make sure all basic requirements are met prior to accepting any work.
